Abstract：From the view of agglomeration economics, this article, through the concept and referent theories of changing economic activities, differentiation of activeties and transaction costs, tentatively explians the developing process of urban spatial structure. Moreover, it also points out the deflect in many researches that labours and consumers spatial varities affect the developing of urban spatial constructure both on the side of supply and need.
